Life is too short to spend it in such a happiness sucking environment, yet the majority of jobs are nothing more than exactly that.Almost Christopherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14574535529694534121noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12159162.post-66131912255587031472014-01-25T08:57:38.459-05:002014-01-25T08:57:38.459-05:00An excellent point, Christy! And how lovely that you're leaving a soul killing environment !Christy@SweetandSavoringhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14986553605832518469noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12159162.post-88194961641155582572014-01-24T16:46:06.977-05:002014-01-24T16:46:06.977-05:00WOW! It's been a brutal winter for my 5am dog walks! I also wish we had more space / didn't live on the 2nd floor, so we could get a treadmill (would much rather be outside, but in this weather, you can hardly breathe outside, let alone move around).

Oh, and finally, when my husband and I joined households, I had an efficient compact car and he had an older model SUV. We agreed that we only needed one vehicle, but disagreed on which one to keep. After a brutal winter where my compact got stuck in the alley one too many times, we sold my car and kept his SUV. His 4-runner is 17 years old (!!!), but it's a workhorse and is fabulous in the snow! I hear great things about Subarus - owners are as loyal to that brand as my husband is to his SUV! =D

Good luck with your upcoming opportunities - if the changes you and your husband are choosing workout, my hope is you are happier, feel more fulfilled, have more time to do the things you love, etc.Nilsa @ SoMi Speakshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08474642034399063234noreply@blogger.com
