And yes, baking soda rocks!
(e-goose)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12159162.post-89839290039503645852009-07-31T23:18:55.021-04:002009-07-31T23:18:55.021-04:00Woo, hoo, glad you found baking soda. I have used ...Woo, hoo, glad you found baking soda. I have used it in the wash and have scrubbed things with it too as an abrasive. Not impressed with it's toilet cleaning. I have for years used Bon Ami. It is also a natural cleanser that does not scratch. It can also be used as an antacid but I have been told not to use it as that while pregnant or on low sodium diet cause it is sodium. Oh, and I have also taken a calcium supplement with dinner for better sleep results. It often helps with leg and muscle cramps too.

I am a chiropractor person, have been for years. Lately have had really bad sciatic and neck issues due to pregnancy and sleeping on my side. Have crappy HMO so they sent me to physical therapist for pain. Puh-leaze!!! These people do more talking and hand out more sheets of stretching diagrams than anything else. I think I would LOVE to just go to a chiropractor. My old one would manually adjust me and crack and crunch my bones and back and neck and do electro therapy and lightly massage muscles. Worked wonders for me. That activator thingy is a joke if that is what your person is using, ask for manual adjustment instead. Oddly, some of the newer chiros hardly touch you at all??? Now how the hell is that going to help?Momma Valhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18082502507626151251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12159162.post-68103902650787294952009-07-31T14:06:36.635-04:002009-07-31T14:06:36.635-04:00My optimal sleep time is 10 hours per night. Ten hours.

Sorry you're not getting a better result from the chiro! But yay for continuing doula education.
