Nothing
I didn't do anything terribly note-worthy this weekend. I watched TV. I took the dogs for a walk in the neighborhood. I sat outside and read half a book (not for school!). I watched the dogs compete to see who could eat more Things They Should Not Eat in the backyard. It was a draw, by the way. I thought about many things I'd like to do: go to wine country, go to the waterfall-filled region south of here, go to the mansion gardens west of here, go swimming, but I'm just not up for doing all those things alone. I mean really, who goes wine tasting alone? And so, like always, I did nothing instead.

Sometimes doing nothing weekends are just whst I need. We had one this weekend too. Talked about a bike ride, movie, drive-in movie, ended up knitting and watching tv. At least you got outside a bit! And it sounds like the dogs had a GREAT weekend =)
There are a few places in down-town Atlanta that have winos wine tasting alone every day. It can be done. I love do nothing weekends, myself. Only slightly more than I love do nothing week days. I’m doing nothing right now. See? It’s great.
Sounds like you had a great weekend. I am sure the dogs would agree with that wholeheartedly. And, I am not sure how I missed this, but it seems to me that you are located an hour north of me. Waterfalls and wine? I am game if you don't want to drink alone. :)
Thanks Nicole. That sounds like fun!
If you want waterfalls and mansion gardens, invite me sometime when I'm in your area (or yr in mine).
As far as wine tasting, I could lend you a drinking buddy. He'd love it (I wouldn't).
He is a good companion, though.
If you go with Nicole, tell her I said "hi."
Do you remember the story of how H met K?
She'd broken up with C and informed all of her friends that she needed companions for various adventures.
Her ex-roommate invited her on one and that's when she met K.
You could have a good time--or even more. You never know.
