I'm running out of options

Well, I found yet another hair salon to cross off my list. Why is it this hard to find someone to cut my hair? It's not complicated. I have long, straight hair (or I did anyway). An approximately even removal of the amount specified would please me. I promise.

Today's attempt resulted in the third stylist in two years to leave my right side significantly longer. I'm starting to get a complex. Do I see myself differently than the rest of the word? Am I the one with a crooked perspective? Even after I pointed it out today, she reached over and pushed the top of my head to tilt it to a clearly not centered position to examine the length. Er, whatever.

Plus, when I said three inches I meant three, not five. Again, whatever. It'll grow back.

But to top it off, her cell phone rang three times while I was in the chair. And she answered it! All three times! Not cool. I felt like that commercial where the woman ends up holding her own curling iron...

I must need a new approach to finding a stylist. Either that or I'll have to foot the bill to get myself out to Utah, where my movie star gorgeous friend lives and does hair.

Read my blog for today. It talks about my solution to my hair stylist desertion. My friend in AZ grows her for Locks of Love? Maybe another possibility. Those darn hair stylists, why can't they stay where they are? Too bad you don't live in Atlanta, that's where she went, she does an awesome job and it the nicest person. I did find 1 person after she left that did a good job. When I went back and asked for her she had moved so I got Bitchy McHacker. Arrghh! I feel your pain!

I just got my hair cut today, too. I love my stylist, she's awesome - you need to ask around and get recommendations, that's how I found mine. Or you could huff it out to Buffalo and ask my sister to do it - she does a great job! Or come here ;) (how many times have I asked you to visit?? lol)

I am not as discerning as you: I might not notice if my hair was crooked. But I liked the stylist where I went two weeks ago, you could try there next time. Although I think you said you don't want a male stylist, in which case that wouldn't work.
